You can go to Google and type "basketball training" and there you go. You can find tremendous information teaching you how to play better basketball.
The only advantage of finding a coach to help you is solely because you are not smart enough. You wish to let the coach's wisdom or experiences help you to improve.
People who are an amateur always thinks that he can do a lot of things on his own. But you seldom see people playing street ball can enter the NBA or play in professional leagues.
During Kobe Byrant's 2nd year in NBA, he made a few air balls in the final minutes of his post season game which resulted in the ending of the season. Soon afterwards, he hired a personal shooting coach to improve his shooting form behind the back of the Lakers coach. When the news exposed, he was humiliated by his teammates and the Lakers' management.
Today Kobe is a celebrity but at that time he is still a question mark to many of the professional basketball scouts.
Last but not least, one on one training or personal coaching may help you to avoid some "accidents" due to improper training.
Lastly, I can assure you that you do not need one on one training if you are smarter than Kobe Byrant or the NBA stars.
A better question is, "Where can I find my coach?"
